Just five agencies made the cut for this new award category celebrating the wealth of talent that lies beyond the M25.
We enjoyed meeting the judges and telling them about our very special business model, and what an all-senior team means for clients and employees.
The shortlisting is the latest accolade in a steadily growing list that includes national, international and regional awards.
While the external endorsement is great, more important for us is the impact on the team of such a fantastic achievement. Those of us who were there when we won Outstanding Small Consultancy in the 2012 CIPR Excellence awards will never forget that night.
