As IC starts its 10th year in business (hard to believe!), I am delighted to announce that Kate Jones and Fritzi Wemheuer will take on the day-to-day running of the agency as Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director. I will oversee the company as CEO.
The changes herald a new era for our multi award-winning agency, which was established in 2009 and is now a £1.3m turnover business with a heavyweight UK and global client list. We are a top 100 independent agency in the UK and top 30 outside London.
Recent client wins include Eddie Stobart Logistics, Denmark-based DISA – part of the Norican Group – and Swiss-headquartered global IT solutions provider Ascom.
The new appointments were made from within our 14-strong Manchester-based team – in line with our ethos to develop and reward our own people.
Kate has worked with IC since its inception and Fritzi joined us in 2012 from international b2b agency Gyro. They are both inspirational young women who have made a significant contribution to IC over the years.
Together, we are excited to take the business towards the future; the new structure will allow us to fulfil some interesting development plans that will benefit both our team and our clients.
